Day1 From New Chitose Airport to Lake Shikotsu Campground

- Green stay Toyako(If the campervan site is available on the day, you can stay without a reservation. )Camping car sites include external power hookups, water supply, and drainage. The central building features restrooms, shower rooms, and laundry facilities.
- Flower road Eniwa Free parking lot selected as Hokkaido’s No. 1 Roadside Station) If your flight arrives late at New Chitose Airport and your rental car pickup time is late, it’s a good idea to stay overnight at this roadside station and start your trip the next day. Driving at night with headlights on carries a high accident risk and is dangerous. Nearby, there’s a hot spring that leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. They also have a restaurant.

Marukoma hot spring The natural open-air bath is at a temperature suitable even for foreigners who prefer cooler water, and the outdoor scenery is breathtaking (highly recommended).
Day-use hot spring access is limited to Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (check-out by 3:00 PM).

- Hokkaido Children’s Kingdom(A campground where little ones can play to their fullest. (This is a tent-only campground, so RVs cannot stay overnight.)
- Sunagawa Sweets Road(There are many sweets and ice cream shops.
- Fukagawa Rice land Roadside station(A well-known rice-producing region where you can enjoy freshly cooked rice.)
- Hokuryu Sunflower Garden(A field where you can see over a million sunflowers blooming every year from July to August. There’s also a maze.)

- Roadside Station Abira D51 Station (Rapeseed flowers bloom from mid-May to early June each year, creating a spectacular carpet of yellow across the landscape)
- Northern Horse Park (Horse theme park where you can also experience horseback riding.)
